I am still very happy to be part of the Life.Paper.Scrapbook design team. Quite an honor, indeed. Twice a month there is a challenge on the blog (that's right, they do not only publish the online magazine). Although the specific moment at which the challenges are posted/published has changed the challenges themselves are still great!
Heute gibt es die January Sketch Challenge auf dem Blog und ich zeige euch hier mal etwas detailierter mein Werk.
Today it is time for the January Sketch challenge on their blog and here is my work in detail. But first for the sketch:
I like this sketch very much as the grid allows me to go with very different design options. As it happens there were quite a bunch of ideas in my head but in the end I liked the sewed lines best. Another option was a checkboard pattern or designing the background with differently colored papers. This is my layout for the sketch:
Patterned Paper - Studio Calico, Candy Buttons - Basic Grey, Farbspray/mists - Studio Calico, Schleife/bow - American Crafts, Sonstige Embelishments /other embelishments - Studio Calico, Stift/pen - Copic, Stempel/stamp - Studio Calico, Stempelkissen/ink - Hero Arts, Sonstiges/others - Stickgarn/yarn
Hüpft doch mal auf die Seite von Life.Paper.Scrapbook! Dort könnt ihr euch noch die anderen Werke angucken, die meine DT-Kolleginen gestaltet haben.
Hop to the blog of Life.Paper.Scrapbook and take a look at all the designs of my fellow DT members.
